For my piece i wanted to be able to show myself through my art work. I choose this still life to portray my life. I used a very simple pallet to give off a very romantic feel throughout the piece. Most of the piece is on the low end of the value scale witch are mainly in the background of the piece, with a very high key yellow in the front giving the flower more light. The values in my piece allows one to see were the light is coming form and also creates depth. The objects are placed over top each other to also give the idea that there is depth. This work shows i little bit of myself and that is what i how the viewer see when looking at this piece
